Hi Emily, this article is so helpful! Life changing! Thank you! My question is if we can combine remedies together in a wet dose. I might have seen your answer to this before and I think you said yes. For example, I am taking a 2D remedy for high blood pressure and another for arthritis ( each of those having two remedies in each protocol. Can I make a wet dose ( using your instructions on that) and mix them in water, shake e@ch time, keep in fridge and take a sip twice a day. Will I get the same benefit as taking them dry? And all mixed together? Yes I know Joette says to separate them and use dry. The Benerji gave them separate to their patients I was told? But Cristina says to mix them. What do you think? Thanks so much for a reply!
I do combine the remedies frequently. And this will probably be the article I write the month after next. :) In brief, I combine sometimes by protocol, sometimes by frequency (such as once a day, twice a day, once a week). If there's anything I want the option to take more or less often, I keep it in a separate wet dose (so I don't have to remake the whole thing in order to make one little change, or to use it more often like SOS). In some cases where people would not take the remedies unless SUPER easy, I have even combined many into one very large container that they could take for months. And, yes, it still acts. There are so many examples of combination remedies acting just great together, from Boiron to the Narayani remedies-- and the convenience factor is HUGE.
Thank you! Yes, the convenience is huge- perhaps the difference between taking the remedy and not taking it. I have had them all spaced out throughout the day. Three in the morning separated by 10 minutes each. Some at midday, then again afternoon and evening. Of course you don’t put the 1D together with the 2 D. Also, my dog is on 4 remedies each 2D so combing makes it easier! Thank again and looking forward to your article. Why don’t the Banerji do this? And Joette?
I also don't worry about spacing out the remedies anymore. You can, but it's not required. Many people don't and everything acts just fine. And it's much more efficient. (Also I don't succuss, and neither did the Banerjis, nor Joette.) The Banerjis did combine some items-- such as HyperArs, HamArn, VerCup, MercyBell, LycoArs. But old homeopathy habits die hard, and a lot of what I share is considered sacrilegious to the 'old guard'. Yet I am only interested in what works, in actual practice, and making homeopathy as easy to access for everyone as possible. :)

Thanks again Emily! This makes so much sense! Much easier and works!
