Obstacles to Cure: Drugs
Part 3- Clearing Sustaining Causes to Healing: Homeopathy and Iatrogenesis
‘In the first few aphorisms of his Organon, Samuel Hahnemann talked about the necessity to remove the cause of the disease. We homeopaths underestimate the importance of removing the causes of chronic disorders at our peril.’
- Manfred Mueller, Extra Strength Homeopathy
Tautopathy opens a door.
It is not detox, but undoing derangements, clearing the way for true healing.
This article, this topic, I believe, is one of the most important of our time. I have long suspected the influence of medications and medical interventions on long-term health, but my understanding has deepened exponentially and become solidified in the past six months while studying the work of Manfred Mueller and, in particular, his book, Extra Strength Homeopathy.
My previous and foundational instruction in homeopathy— based in Practical Homeopathy and the Banerji Protocols— certainly was aware that drugs could and do suppress and drive conditions deeper, and that side effects could accumulate over time, as new drugs were added to treat the side effects of the last drug.
However, I was primarily taught to simply add homeopathy, so that the medications would (hopefully) become superfluous over time, and the person would just no longer need them.
Although this may sometimes work, with some conditions, all too often it is not nearly enough.
The entire symptom picture of too many people is primarily drug ‘side effects’.
This makes it 1) very hard to discern the true symptom picture; and thus 2) we end up unknowingly treating for the side effects of the drugs; therefore 3) not making much progress because the drug cause hasn’t been removed and/or because it is being taken repeatedly— sustaining the symptoms.
As is the theme of this series, Obstacles to Cure, when there is a sustaining cause, homeopathy often cannot fully break through to reach true cure.
Harder to see clearly than those who are actively taking prescription drugs, are the lingering and often compounded effects of past medications— including those that have long been discontinued.
This is probably the most challenging aspect to intelligent minds, who think that after a day, or a year, or 20 years that drug X would long be cleared from the system.
However, the derangement of the body processes, the adaptation that was made and then never corrected, can and frequently does stay with us.
That is until we clear it.
This article is for everyone, but especially for those of you who carry guilt about medical treatments your kids had when young, or those times you took medical treatments that you knew weren’t ideal. I know so many of you who carry this invisible burden. I’m here to tell you that you don’t have to carry it anymore.
In my world, many of the people I work with are not into taking lots of prescription drugs, and have made the switch to as holistic and natural an approach to health care as possible. I know women who deeply struggle over whether or not to take a round of antibiotics. This is in contrast to a great many in the population who pop virtually any pill offered them by their doctors. But those people will not likely be reading this article.
So it is for all of YOU: Those who wish to go back and undo all the things that you would never do now. Because to a very large extent we can undo the past influences, and by antidoting and clearing the drugs, we open the way for true health to emerge once again.
As always, I only write with solutions, and today we are diving into one of the biggest obstacles to cure, and surprisingly one of the simplest to work with: iatrogenic causes.

This is a NEW PARADIGM, so prepare to open up and rearrange your mental spaces, setting assumptions aside, as we take a look at what Samuel Hahnemann identified hundreds of years ago, and which is far, far more important today than it was even then.
Artificially-Induced Diseases
Non-Natural Illnesses
‘‘Don’t ever believe that once these drugs have long been metabolized, and since they are no longer detectable, there can be no more adverse symptoms to them. It is as if the drug throws a switch in your body, and then the body creates the rest of the syndrome— a counter-reaction to the drug.’
-Manfred Mueller, Extra Strength Homeopathy
There are natural diseases, caused by microbes for example, and there are artificial diseases, caused by human interventions, or we might say man-made diseases.
Samuel Hahnemann, the discoverer of homeopathy, saw this in his day and nearly despaired of helping those who had been damaged under the care of doctors. This is the definition of iatrogenic, meaning caused by the physician or medical treatment.
In fact, although he was a medical doctor himself, he gave up his practice and for many years translated medical texts to pay the bills— because he couldn’t no longer give his patients the ‘treatments’ that physician’s gave in that day.
The specific treatments may have changed, but the theme hasn’t, and today ‘iatrogenic’ is a leading cause of death in the world (4th to 1st, depending on the source).
Eminent researcher, Dr. Peter Gøtzsche of the Cochrane Foundation, revised his estimate in 2024, stating that prescription drugs are now the leading cause of death, and psychiatric drugs are the third leading cause of death.
And this doesn’t include all of the disease and debility that people are living with, or dying from many, many years later.
Check out this article Death By Medicine for even more statistics.
Today most disorders are produced largely by artificial pathogenesis— man-made disease.
(Most of the ‘natural’ diseases from Samuel Hahnemann’s day are either not present, or hardly register in terms of death count anymore. Read Dissolving Illusions for an in-depth analysis of the history of smallpox, polio, measles, and more.)
This next section is a summary, largely paraphrasing a portion of the text of Extra Strength Homeopathy by Manfred Mueller. It’s not in quotes, because it is not word for word, but the majority of this section comes via Mr. Mueller, and I am deeply indebted to his great works and for sharing them with us.
Today we have:
Iatrogenesis (caused by medical treatment in general)
Pharmacogenesis (caused by drugs)
Toxigenesis (caused by toxins)
Radiogenesis (caused by radiation)
Samuel Hahnemann explained this 200 years ago when he discussed the ‘secondary reaction’ to medical interventions. After which, the body is no longer the same, it is like it has been reprogrammed. And after which we must reset and reprogram the body to get things back to normal.
And which we can do with RCT, which stands for Reverse Chronological Tautopathy (details below).
There are three different rational principles at work that Samuel Hahnemann explained very carefully:
1.) Medications produce disorders, overwhelming the patient with additional disorders beyond the original condition. The drug itself suppresses the existing symptoms, and it also produces its own drug disorders This is true in every single case of giving any kind of drug— whether Tylenol, Vioxx or Acyclovir.
2.) All drugs/toxins produce secondary reactions beyond the primary action. The primary action is what chemically inhibits a life process and suppresses the symptoms of a disorder. That is why meds must be given in a high dose [versus homeopathic potentizations], to block the respective function and suppress it by inducing opposite symptoms.
And this must be repeated in order to keep suppressing.
The secondary action is the re-action by the body to the drug, which often is opposite (in symptoms) to the primary action of the drug and to the original disorder, thus exacerbating the chronic disorder it is treating. (Making the chronic condition worse while successfully suppressing the symptoms.)
The secondary action— or the action of the drug in the body— is the body’s adaptation to the drug itself. It tries to produce opposite symptoms to overcome the drug’s noticeable effects. This is very important to understand.
3.) Finally, drugs that successfully suppress are pushing the disorder they treat into more vital areas of the body. Thus getting closer and closer to death, and making cure more and more difficult the longer they are used.
Samuel Hahnemann emphasized in Aphorisms 74 and 75 of the Organon that drug disorders are the most difficult to cure. (See below.)
Today we have mostly chronic drug disorders and that is why some of these modern cases are very difficult to cure. These disorders evolved over time, in a chronological evolution, gradually getting worse.
Mueller has named this Mueller’s Law of Progressive Disorder which is the opposite of Hering’s Law of Cure.
When addressing complex disorders caused by multiple drugs, we do not start with a single constitutional remedy.
This is because the current disorders were acquired over time; they were not produced by the constitution.
Because they were acquired over time, they must be unwound in the reverse order that the various drugs suppressed the conditions.
Again, RCT/clearing/antidoting can remove the secondary long-term effects of each drug.
But first, before RCT, the current drugs should be discontinued, one at a time.
Of course, some conditions do require drugs and the person may truly not be able to get off of those ones.
For example, it is necessary to medicate after thyroid removal, in Type I Diabetes (permanent damage to the pancreas), and complete hysterectomy (no hormones). These conditions are not going to respond the best to homeopathic treatment and will require artificial supplementation.
Some disorders, such heart conditions and other diseases will take time to cure.
If a condition is not likely to be improved quickly with homeopathy, then there still may be a need for medication (natural or synthetic). So to begin, we can leave alone those medications and concentrate first on the unnecessary ones, like insomnia drugs, beginning with the most recent.
Doctors may help, or they may not. Some are supportive, some are even hostile to stopping treatment. But you can find loads of info on the internet about weaning off of medications. Some drugs are quite hard to get off of and truly should not be stopped cold turkey— including many antidepressants, antipsychotics, but also ‘common’ drugs such as Metoprolol, which many are taking for high blood pressure.
Don’t expect your doctors to understand any of the above. They rarely consider that a medication is causing problems, and they also assume (generally) that the only solution is more drugs for whatever symptoms you are experiencing. They will also know nothing about side effects, and some will even tell you that it is IMPOSSIBLE that the drug is causing any problems. They just don’t know.
This is the hardest part, because many people have a very hard time not being good girls and boys and doing what the doctor says, and there is still a subtle but deeply held respect for the white coats. But this is where we must do our own research. If you are having a symptom and you are taking (or took a drug), the first thing to do is look up the known side effects of those drugs. You will be amazed at what you will find.
Back to Emily here.
I have seen people simply stop taking medications with no problems, and others who required six months of weaning off the same medication in order to avoid rebound effects that are hard to bear.
However, weaning plus homeopathy for symptoms can make the process much easier.
As a little side story, to illustrate the power of prescribed drugs, a couple of years ago my dad started to experience intense vertigo— he could hardly get up or even turn his head without experiencing debilitating dizziness.
The first thing I did was look up the side effects of the blood pressure medication he was taking. Then I suggested he talk to his doctor about that drug, as it might be causing the problem. (He had already been taking it for quite some time, but that doesn’t mean anything— side effects can pop up seemingly out of the blue, making it harder to connect the dots at times.)
He went to his doctor, who instead DOUBLED the dose of the medication.
He was now virtually incapacitated, chained to the couch and unable to function.
I mentioned to him again that the side effects of the drug included dizziness and encouraged him to look for himself online.
He finally did, and then he stopped the drug on his own, just like that.
Within days he was about 90% better.
He now proudly tells people how he figured it out and stopped the drug. (And yet when the doctor wants him to take new drugs, he doesn’t hesitate! Fortunately, he also forgets about many of them and they fall to the wayside.)
Yes, I would love to help him antidote all past drugs, but he really is not on board with ‘my magic water’— although it has helped him in the past. Following the above episode, he took the Banerji Protocols for blood pressure (and some other remedies), and his blood pressure normalized after about 9 months. He still doesn’t attribute it to homeopathy— yet that was the only thing he was taking during that time for his blood pressure.
If you have never read the Organon of Medicine by Samuel Hahnemann, perhaps because it seemed too archaic or dense, the Concise Organon by Manfred Mueller is the most modern translation, and it is written totally in layman’s terms. (It’s a small book, only 137 pages and broken into short, digestible sections called Aphorisms.)
I highly recommend that anyone serious about homeopathy read this book. It provides the underpinnings of homeopathy as a system of medicine. Samuel Hahnemann’s understanding was exceptional, and we can take and apply what he said to our modern diseases.
(Please refer to the first article in this series, When Good Remedies Don’t Act, for an overview of the ‘miasms’ that we are facing today.)
A few relevant quotes from the Concise Organon:
(Bold emphasis is in the original text.)
Aphorism 74:
‘Another category of chronic diseases we must unfortunately include here is the artificially produced iatrogenic diseases. These widespread disorders are the result of allopathic treatment. This is the case especially from the prolonged use of violent drugs, given in strong and ever-increasing doses. These drugs progressively derange the vital force and wear it out. They counter the body’s vital functions or completely destroy them, often bringing about the demise of the patient.’
Aphorism 75:
The harm to human health brought about by these allopathic non-therapies represents the saddest and most incurable of all chronic diseases. If this is driven to an extreme, it will probably be impossible to ever invent or devise any means of curing these iatrogenic disease.
Aphorism 76:
‘Homeopathy is a gift to mankind by the Benevolent Provider, only to help natural diseases. But to remove the destructive and crippling effects of reckless procedures, harmful drugs and other irrational treatments, intelligent treatment would have to act without any interference for years. The life force by then is already too severely weakened to restore itself. An underlying chronic infection may further complicate the situation. No human therapy could ever hope to repair the multiple damage brought about by the allopathic non-healing practice.’
Sounds rather dire doesn’t it?
When Hahnemann developed his principles for homeopathy he was working with ‘natural’ (infectious) diseases.
And when he refers to the prolonged use of violent drugs, and in ever-increasing doses, this would absolutely apply to what we see today. (Versus homeopathy which is the smallest and gentlest doses.)
Hahnemann have might have nearly despaired of treating ‘artificial diseases’; but fortunately, Manfred Mueller did not and went on to develop the system he calls Reverse Chronological Tautopathy— effectively rewinding and undoing each drug layer, using the homeopathic potency of each drug.
And I am here to tell you that this works to unwind many chronic conditions, without having to understand every what, why, and how— which is nearly impossible anyway with the miraculously complex systems that make up the human body and mind.
In addition, this approach doesn’t need to figure out the ‘constitutional’ remedy. It really doesn’t even require much knowledge of homeopathy.
In fact, if you start with the ‘constitutional’, you may just get aggravations. Because in the ORDER of how the current disorder picture developed, the inherited traits would be the very, very last.
So, we do the clearing in reverse order, starting with the most recent drug, working backwards all the way to the vaccines and interventions given at birth, or even in utero, and then we are left with whatever symptom picture remains— the actual ‘constitution’ or inherited traits.
As an important side note, many aggravations we see when using homeopathy are due to drug disorders, which are acting as obstacles to cure. The vital force is stimulated by the homeopathy, but isn’t able to break through the cause, therefore bringing up symptoms. (Sometimes homeopathy can break through, but that can also be pretty rough on the person.)
Also, if you find a homeopathic medicine works for a while then stops acting, over and over again, or you start to feel like you need a sledgehammer, then consider that you are dealing with an obstacle to cure.
There have even been cases where simply clearing all of the drugs in reverse order has brought a person to cure. (Although most times homeopathic treatment is also required as support throughout the process.)
I am seeing the results with my own clients. Many complex cases that have struggled along are now breaking through, finally finding a real foundation to stand on.
Research Time: How do we know if drugs caused the issue?
Often we can’t KNOW, but we can build a hypothesis and test it.
It is time to start questioning the source of symptoms, and to question every drug.
As an exercise, I did some quick internet searches for you and chose links from the first page of results and from a variety of sources. Take a look—
‘Drugs that cause hyperacusis’
‘Drugs that cause dry eyes’ (Mercury and other toxins can too, which will be the next article in this series.)
‘Drugs that cause a decrease in libido’
‘Drugs that cause palpitations’
‘Drugs that cause headaches’ (Also, do you know about rebound headaches from common headaches medicines?)
‘Drugs that cause manic episodes’
‘Drugs that cause dysphagia’ (And other throat and swallowing problems.)
‘Drugs that cause weight gain’ (Toxic liver can cause weight gain, in general.)
‘Drugs that cause skin reactions’
Overview of some ‘side effects of pesticides’
The above is just a simple illustration of how many drugs can cause these issues. The lists are not even exhaustive. And of course virtually none of the drugs have been studied in combination, and many people are taking multiple meds at the same time.
Next, search by specific drug name:
To begin, check out the side effects of any drug by searching online.
For example look up ‘Paxil Side Effects’.
One of the top results will likely be on Drugs.com, which is a useful site. Drugs.com and Rxlist.com are both helpful resources.
Keep in mind that drugs are often known by multiple names. For instance, the generic name for Paxil is paroxetine. (Helios Homeopathy stocks Paroxetine in 30C, but if you are looking for Paxil you won’t find it.)
For many people it can be helpful to make a timeline. First came this drug, and then came these new symptoms, and then came a drug for those symptoms, and so on.
However, there is also what I would call the overloaded liver syndrome, or what others might call liver toxicity, which is what can happen after many drugs— or sometimes even after taking one for a period of time (such as Tylenol and ibuprofen that are liver toxic).
The symptoms of overloaded liver can look like many conditions, and are not necessarily specific to the side effects of one drug. Increased liver enzymes can be a clue, but isn’t a requirement to experience the effects of toxic liver.
I think of it like a bucket that is full of water. Once full, even an extra teaspoonful can send water spilling over the edge.
This can look like reactions from the slightest exposure (a chemical smell for example, or an ant bite), and includes systemic ‘allergic reactions’ that are over the top and may be worse with stress. (The stress hormones can be the extra teaspoon that sends the bucket spilling over.)
This is the picture of many middle-aged women who ‘suddenly’ develop problems. It’s not sudden, it took 50 years to get there, and now the body needs help to keep managing. It needs us to help lighten the load.
(There are often other factors as well, which we will discuss in upcoming articles, such as mercury amalgam fillings and root canals.)
Mueller shares cases in his book of curing Sjögren’s Syndrome (terrible dry eyes and mucous membranes) and Hepatitis C using the RCT drug clearing method as the backbone of treatment. (Hepatitis C being a toxic liver syndrome, which is not caused by a virus.)
You can also purchase a Physician’s Desk Reference (PDR) for very little cost. I got one 2004 edition and one from 2014 for about $10 each. This is because what is published online can change quickly, and some of the older references contain much more in-depth information on various drugs.
Another interesting site is Ask a Patient, where you can find firsthand feedback from real people about their experiences with different drugs. It’s always interesting to note how one person will say a medication was helpful and another could have a terrible time with it. This is often how it goes: Just as one person might take a drug for 10 years with no apparent problems, and another could go rapidly downhill after only weeks on the same drug.
And then we have side effects of vaccinations, which range from acute reactions immediately post-injection, to conditions that crop up years down the road.
I have seen this directly with clients, for example a girl in her early early-teens:
She had reactions post COVID shot— Lymph swollen, terribly woozy.
And within a year ended up with acute appendicitis and had her appendix out.
(In this case I knew the exact vaccine and looked up the product insert details; in which appendicitis was included.)
Another kid, a couple of years post-vaccination (mRNA), developed Mesenteric Adenitis. With a little digging this can be found as a side effect of the shots as well.
There are also many common drugs that lead to all sorts of common conditions, such as the well documented relationship between cataracts and glaucoma from corticosteroids.
Prednisone, although prescribed very often, is no minor drug. Within my own family, I currently have one relative who has terrible side effects (such as numb feet) from taking prednisone for years, but also feels he can’t get off of it; and I recall clearly when my step-mother literally went crazy while taking prednisone— the paranoia and incoherent arm-length texts she was sending everyone in the middle of the night were out of control.
Steroid use is also known to lead to Cushing syndrome— and the suppression of many conditions by steroids may lead to a great many other conditions.
Antidepressants, antipsychotics and stimulant drugs (Ritalin, Adderall) lead to many symptoms large and small, including many that are completely indistinguishable from what the drugs are being used for (such as depression, violent fits, mania, feeling evil, lack of inhibition, emotional blunting, becoming extremely narcissistic, suicidality, and psychosis).
‘I soon realized many of the bizarre behaviors and movements I had previously identified with schizophrenia and other mental illness were entirely the fault of the medications the patients were taking. They were not a manifestation of the disorders.’
-Gwen Olsen, Confessions of an Rx Drug Pusher
These drugs can also be some of the hardest to get off of. I am quite passionate about this topic, in particular, as I have seen so many clients do wonderfully with homeopathy versus these very intense drugs.
I’m sure I will write an article devoted to this topic, but in the meantime if you want to learn more, I would start with books by Dr. Peter Breggin, such as Your Drug May Be Your Problem and many others. Also check out Gwen Olsen and Laura Delano for first-hand experiences of real people and these types of medications.
And as mentioned above, some of the medications that people pop almost like candy, such as Benadryl, Tylenol, and Aspirin, are also some of the ones that can lead to very serious conditions, including liver failure.
(Thank goodness we have such a wonderful alternative for issues such as allergies and pain in homeopathy!)
‘…[M]ore than 16,000 patients die annually from the use of prescription over the counter NSAIDs.’
‘…[M]ore than 100,000 hospital admissions yearly could be attributed to GI bleeding from NSAIDs alone.’
-Gwen Olsen, Confessions of an Rx Drug Pusher
I could go on and on. We haven’t even touched on statins, for example. The main point is if you do a little research and start connecting the dots, you will likely begin to see a pattern emerge. The following section will illuminate what to do about it.
Reverse Chronological Tautopathy (RCT)
Tauto = Greek for the self-same or identical.
To deal with the issues discussed above, we will use the actual drug in homeopathic potency (also called pharmacodes).
This method can lead to improved health directly, and/or it can clear the obstacles that are in the way, allowing homeopathy to do its job.
We are not treating symptoms or a condition with this method. We are simply using a limited number of doses of the drug in homeopathic potency to peel back each level of derangement, freeing up the ‘vital force’, and arriving in the end at the original condition— which can then be treated (and cured usually) with homeopathy.
Mueller’s view is that this is in fact the gentlest approach to healing many a complex health condition.
I would add that it is also efficient, effective and affordable.
Step 1- Do Your Research
Make a list (for you or you loved one) of all the drugs and medical interventions in chronological order as best you can.
Start with what you are taking today and work back to the very first vaccines and drugs you were given. Including even those exposures in utero, such as if mom took Diethylstilbestrol (DES) while pregnant, or you lived in a toxic place while a baby.
Yes, this is a project! But I don’t know of any project more fruitful and worth the minimal effort.
Few people remember everything. Just do your best. Ask family members, collect medical records from doctors or hospitals. As you go you will also remember other items and can go back and clear them later, if needed.
In addition to all the obvious ones, don’t forget:
• Common medications like Tylenol, Advil, Aspirin, Naprozen, Midol, contraceptives, thyroid medication, epipen (epinephrine), etc.
• All vaccinations, flu shots, and travel immunizations. (I often find this vaccine schedule to be helpful, as many of us don’t have records and don’t remember the exact vaccines given the year we were born.)
• Diagnostic procedures (radiation exposures, barium drinks, etc) should be included.
• Surgeries, both in-patient and out-patient— as many include drugs before/during/after, such as morphine and anesthesia.
• Don’t forget dental treatments— fluoride, X-rays, etc. (More on mercury in the next article in this series.)
• Pregnancies (including ultrasounds), labor medications, abortions, breast implants/breast enlargement/breast reduction surgeries, genital surgeries, plastic surgery, implants of any type, hormonal treatments, and chemo drugs.
• Recreational drugs!— Marijuana being a common one with plenty of secondary effects. (Read Cannabis Sativa and Indica in the Materia Medica.) And don’t forget past use of all other drugs such as heroin, cocaine, Ecstasy/MDMA, LSD, ayahuasca and so on. (Yes, you can get all of these in homeopathic form too!)
• Cigarettes and e-cigarettes are another. Alcohol might be one to consider as well, depending on the person.
• Also consider any notable exposures to toxins, radiation, arsenic, mercury, lead, cadmium, etc.
• As well as exposures to insecticides, pesticides, etc. Glyphosate is one many know by name, but there are many, many others. (We are all exposed to some of these. However, you can start this process with the main drugs taken, unless there was an important exposure, or long term exposure, that is noteworthy in this category.)
• Consider if there’s anything you have ‘never been well since’— for example Tamiflu (oseltamivir) is one that many report having never being quite right since. In looking at my history, I note that a tetanus shot in my pre-teen years coincided with the beginning of numerous health changes. (And was also one of the vaccines that still had mercury.)
• In-utero exposures can also be considered— Some top ones include mercury from mom’s fillings, DDT, dioxin, as well as any drugs or medications mom took while pregnant.
• You might also make note of any exposures that cause reactions currently— MSG, aspartame, cigarette smoke, hair dye, perfume, and so on.
• Cosmetics and body products in general are another category that can cause problems for some people.
Step 2- Removing Current Medications
In order to clear a medication you can’t still be taking the medication. (The same with any toxic exposure.)
The sustaining cause must be removed, the exposure eliminated, before you can treat for its effects.
If this is not done, the remedy will aggravate.
As noted above, you might not be able to remove some drugs right away. If you are unsure and need help, please get it. Many of you will be able to manage the majority of this on your own, possibly with the help of your doctor. Say to your doctor, ‘I want to get off of this drug, please help me do it’. If your doctor is hostile, find another.
Step 3- Buy The Pharmacodes
Locate the medications (aka ‘pharmacodes’) in the 30C potency, or have them made by a homeopathic pharmacy.
(You could even make one if absolutely necessary. However, in making your own homeopathic remedy from a medication you will need to know if the drug is water soluble, if it requires trituration, and how to do that… so generally it is best to have the experts do it.)
[I will post a piece soon on how to get homeopathic remedies custom-made by Helios. Although most of what you will need can be purchased outright.]
Where can you buy medications in homeopathic potency? I wrote this article specifically to help you at this stage. Please read it.
Sometimes you can only get a remedy in, say, a 36C. (For instance Tuberculinum Testinum, the TB Test, from Helios, is not available in lower than a 36C.) Yes, you can get that instead of the 30C.
Also note, for example, that the remedy Influenzinum not the same as Influenzium Vaccine. The first is the ‘nosode’ of the flu virus in homeopathic form. The second is the ‘pharmacode’ of the flu vaccine in homeopathic form. In this case we want the pharmacode (the drug in homeopathic potency.)
When searching you may have to get creative with the name used. For example, Tylenol is often found as paracetamol via the homeopathic pharmacies.
If you have used a lot of any category of drug, for example antibiotics, steroids, and contraceptives, and/or if you really have no idea what the drug was called, there are combinations that prove useful. Helios has ‘Poly Comb Antibiotics’ for example. Another is the ‘Anaesthetic Comb’ from Helios. ‘Poly Comb Labour Meds’ is another.
(Note the spellings! The oe, as in oestrogen or oedema, and the ae, in anaesthesia, are not uncommon in the world of homeopathy. And the ou in labour is the British spelling of labor, as in birth. The point being that you may need to factor in alternate spellings in your searches! )
Although Helios probably has the most of any homeopathic pharmacy, they do not have everything.
For instance, Ainsworths.com has RSV (both the nosode and vaccine pharmacode), Prednisone and MDMA. (As well as many others that Helios also stocks.)
HomeopathicRemediesOnline.com has quite a few hard to find pharmacodes and toxins in homeopathic form as well.
You can also check with Hahnemann Labs. (They also make custom remedies.)
When ordering, you only will need the smallest size available. Really you only need enough for ONE DOSE, to make a wet dose bottle. This is my preferred method. However, some prefer dry dosing, in which case you need enough for 9 dry doses. (See details below.)
The smallest size Helios offers is the 4g, which is a half-size tube. (See homeopathy bottle and pill sizes in this article.)
Just do your best, ask questions, and in the meantime I am working on a way to be able to help guide you all in this. (Coming soon!)
Step 4- Clearing Medications with RCT
-Get the item(s) in 30C. (Or as close to that as you can.)
-Start with the most recent and work backwards, in order.
-Take 3 doses a day for 3 days. Up to 9 doses MAXIMUM.
-As soon as you feel better, stop.
-If you feel worse, stop.
Usually after the three days, response or improvement has taken place.
There is no GOAL to reach 9 doses.
This is a guideline that Mueller came up with after working with many cases.
For most people within that time the drug will have been cleared.
What I find with my clients is that MANY times we don’t make it to 9 doses.
This is because after 1, 3, 5 doses they start to have symptoms, sometimes uncomfortable symptoms (such as a headache or diarrhea). So we stop, because it has done it’s job.
Typically just stopping clears the uncomfortable symptoms. But you can also take a dose of Camphora 200, to speed the way, or use whatever other remedy is being called for (say for diarrhea).
Each clearing may be different. I have people that can only do 1 dose of some drugs and then 9 of another.
You may find that symptoms that you have dealt with before arise. For instance the top of one woman’s feet got itchy while antidoting a drug, which was also one of her mystery symptoms.
You may also feel BETTER while antidoting.
This can be two things— 1) Clearing the drug may be freeing up a locked layer that was causing problems, 2) the drug being used in homeopathic form has action that is helpful.
Narayani Remedy combos actually include drugs in homeopathic form, such as cortisone, morphine, and melatonin, specifically for their medicinal effect in nano-dose form. (Anything can be a homeopathic remedy!)
For a real life example, a couple of weeks ago I had 6 mercury amalgam fillings replaced, and in the process I was given the anesthesias Mepivacaine and Prilocaine. (I specifically asked before starting, so that I could antidote after.)
Afterwards, the anesthetic was slow to wear off. I was better within a day, but felt lingering effects even a bit longer, so I waited two days and then used Mepivacaine 30C and Prilocaine 30C (together, as they were given at the same time anyway).
I took 5 doses total, three the first day and then 2 the second. The first day I felt exponentially better! By the fifth dose I started to get a tired and heavy feeling, which I know from experience means that I am done with a remedy. So I stopped there.
I didn’t have any x-rays during that procedure, but I did during the previous visit for the initial full exam. At that time I got regular x-rays and a 3D Cone Beam Scan, which uses x-rays, so I took a couple of doses of X-ray 30C after that appointment.
For single exposures, like x-rays at the dentist, we can just do a single clearing dose, it doesn’t need to be 9 doses. (For example, you go out to eat and the food has MSG in it, which is aggravating to you, so you take a dose of MSG 30C when you get home.)
After about a week had passed, I then antidoted with Dental Amalgam 30C. (‘Silver’ amalgams fillings are not just mercury and silver, but include other metals in small amounts such as nickel, tin, zinc, and copper. These are patented with specific amalgamations of metals.) This one I took for 4 doses total. I felt fine at first, and then mildly worse, as sign that I was done. (Mercury and metal detox in general, is a whole discussion, more on that soon.)
It’s impossible to predict how it will go with each drug clearing. We just observe and then stop when either feeling much better, worse, or find a new symptom arising.
If you are unsure whether your new symptoms are from the drug clearing, you can always look up the side effects online. For example, in one person, just a few doses of Albuterol 30C stirred up depression, intense joint pain, breaking out in bumps, nausea and digestive upset. All of which are listed as side effects of Albuterol. (And all of which can also be issues for this person.)
If you are clearing a medication and surprise symptom pops up, you should probably assume it is from that and don’t go looking for another cause.
By the way, a great many drugs cause pain as a side effect, and if you are in chronic pain and have taken medications, definitely consider going through this clearing process.
It is also interesting to note some other improvements I have seen occur while antidoting with the medications in homeopathic potency—
• I chose to antidote Ibuprofen 30C for myself during a menstrual cycle, as a test, and I found that my cramps were about half the normal intensity.
• A client of mine was antidoting Tetracycline 30C and an obstinate lichen planus skin patch cleared up.
• Prozac 30C can be useful for intense depression and suicidality, without the many risks that come with that drug in crude form.
• I have heard of other cases where a person used a drug in potency in order to take it without having problems with it.
The above Steps 1-4 aren’t hard to do, but may take time, particularly if you have a long medical history.
So don’t expect to get it all done in a couple of weeks. For those who have taken a lot of drugs, you may be settling in for a solid year of antidoting.
You can do the clearings at whatever speed you choose. One a week in a pretty good pace. But if you need longer breaks, that is fine too.
‘If you can clear a few, or most, that is better than none!’
-Manfred Mueller
Yes, there are other methods out there. For instance some use the 10M potency to antidote past medications.
However, I have seen plenty of reactions with just the 30C, so I really don’t see the need at this point to go to higher potencies for most people. And the reverse order technique us very important, versus trying to guess the ones to clear. Do them all!
If someone truly needs more than 9 doses to antidote a drug— for example a long-term chronic marijuana user might not clear all of the effects in that time— then it could potentially be continued. But this is rarely needed.
By the way, Mueller uses Q potencies and talks about them extensively in his books. I do not follow that aspect of how he practices.
This method of RCT to clear medications doesn’t depend on any other homeopathic method. It can be used in conjunction with the Banerji Protocols, for example.
Step 5- Treat With Homeopathy
All along the way, we use homeopathy for acute and chronic symptoms, to support the ongoing treatment and uprooting of the person’s conditions.
Some Supportive Materials and Research-
‘The key to the drug hypothesis is that only long-term consumption causes irreversible AIDS-defining diseases. Occasional or short-term recreational drug use causes reversible diseases or no diseases at all. With drugs, the dose is the poison. Toxicity of drugs is first a function of how much is taken at any given time. But the untold price of frequent drug use is the cumulative toxicity that builds up over a lifetime, causing irreversible damage. The more drugs are consumed over time, the more toxicity is accumulated. Therefore, it takes twenty years of smoking to acquire irreversible lung cancer or emphysema, and twenty years of drinking to acquire irreversible liver cirrhosis. Therefore, it takes about ten years of nitrites, heroin, amphetamines, or cocaine to develop AIDS. And therefore it takes less than a year of the much more toxic drug AZT to cause AIDS by prescription.’
— From Chapter 11 of Inventing the AIDS Virus by Peter Duesberg
I highly recommend this book, and in particular Chapter 11. Here’s the book in PDF format for you:
If you dive into what Peter Duesberg shares in his book, it is the wearing down of the system by repeated drug use. Not just ‘recreational,’ pharmaceutical as well. As noted in the quote, the drug used to ‘treat’ HIV/AIDS, was actually the more destructive than everything that preceded it. (Like a Remdesivir today.)
And the parallel is the many, many people today who have taken drugs, prescribed or not, for nearly their whole lives. Depending in the sensitivity of the person, they may start to reach some level of immune depression and overload at age 4 or 40.
All of this has just been hidden under terms such as ‘menopause’, ‘autoimmune’, ‘hypersensitive’, ‘Multiple Chemical Sensitivity’, ‘genetics’, ‘old age’, or even ‘autism’ and ‘AIDS’.
But the fact is that most of the population is being poisoned to death in a variety of ways.
The good news is that the technique of RCT (Reverse Chronological Tautopathy) can unwind many of these effects.
Professor Khuda Bukhsh, who wrote an easy-to-read article called Laboratory Studies in Homeopathy, has done a great deal of research on homeopathy:
In one study, his team found that Cadmium Sulphuricum in two potencies reduced the genotoxic effects of mice poisoned by Cadmium. The poison used to cause chromosomal changes in the mice was Cadmium Chloride and the homeopathic medicine which reversed the action was Cadmium Sulphuricum. The study concluded that both 30C and 200C were capable of combating the genotoxic effects.
The results above were essentially similar to using different potencies of Arsenicum Album against arsenic poisoning.
More research from Khuda on the long term effects of phenobarbital (a common anti-epileptic drug) on mice can be found here. In this study the researchers poisoned mice with p-dimethylaminobenzene and phenobarbital to induce tumors.
Another group did research with phenobarbital where they induced liver tumors with the crude drug and then treated the mice with Phenobarbital 9C and the tumors began to shrink.
Dr. Grimmer found that so many patients with cancer had symptoms of x-ray (from the constant use of radiation in cancer treatment, plus background radiation) he found it best to first remove the x-ray radiation disease before proceeding with the rest in cancer cases.
“The person who takes medicine must recover twice, once from the disease, and once from the medicine.”
- Dr. William Osler
In Closing-
Reverse Chronological Tautopathy— Clearing, antidoting, counteracting, unlocking levels, peeling back layers, reversing the process, and removing artificial diseases one at a time.
Remove the causes, the man-made disease, and you are left with the true symptom picture. Now homeopathy can truly act as intended!
Once all the layers are peeled back it will become clear what the true ‘constitutional’ (from birth) picture actually is.
We always want to be looking at the current disease picture. Samuel Hahnemann never said to treat the whole person— that concept came much later through mis-interpretation and individual approaches. He mentions ‘the totality of symptoms of the disease’ approximately 400 times in the Organon. Not once does he mention treating the ‘patient’.
Dr. Eizayaga (who practiced clinical homeopathy) said,
‘I wasted twenty years of my life on the constitutional approach. Yes, you will cure some neurotic suburban American housewives with it. But to cure real disease, you have to cure the disease syndrome.
Lastly, some of you will say that you never took a drug and you are still having chronic health issues. It’s true, this does exist! And you may also find that homeopathy works more effectively for you right out of the gate, as I do find with my clients who have been less ‘tinkered with’.
Also, stay tuned for upcoming articles which explore other obstacles to cure.
Although it goes without saying, I still must say it: I am not a doctor, I am not prescribing, I do not diagnose, and I do not know your situation. This article is educational and informational only. Please use common sense and get help when needed!

And here’s the Homeopathy Rising Archive where you can find all past articles, in order, and which build from the most basic (such as how to find a Banerji Protocol or how to make a wet dose) to much more advanced topics related to homeopathy, such as this one.
Yourwork is impeccable and so incredibly helpful. I’m wondering if you’re considering putting all your articles together in book form.
Thank you so much! 🙏🏻❤️
Yes this is marvelous stuff! I’ve been slogging along , studying so hard and yet I feel like my results have been muted ever since Covid. I’m excited to go back and read the rest of the series! Thank you!
