Obstacle to Cure: The Spike Protein
Part 2- Homeopathy & Clearing Sustaining Causes to its Action
Today we continue the deep dive which began with the overview to this series, When Good Remedies Don’t Act.
The theme is removing sustaining causes that are keeping health disorders in place. In clearing the way we may find that issues resolve entirely, and/or the way will be opened for homeopathy to act and to finally uproot the condition.
When it feels like no matter what we try we are (at best) treading water, then there is an obstacle in the path that needs to be removed. And the goal is to do so safely and gently and kindly, without requiring a bulldozer.
Homeopathy IS our safe and gentle medicine, but as we have discussed at length in the last couple of articles, if there is some factor that continues to be an influence on the health, day-in and day-out (drinking alcohol heavily, radiation exposure, medications, mercury in the teeth), then we may find that homeopathy and the body systems just can’t quite overcome it— simply because the influence is constantly there or being daily renewed.
To briefly review, the principle of removing ‘obstacles to cure’ came to me from Manfred Mueller, the homeopath who has been helping clients for decades to heal by removing sustaining causes and employing homeopathy. I have been integrating this approach now with many of my clients, and am already seeing the great benefits.
The topic of today, the Spike Protein, is not one that Mueller discusses. But by studying his work, and by living through the ‘COVID era’, and being in the trenches with a great many people with intense chronic health problems, I came to see that this toxin was sticking around and making it so that people couldn’t ever quite get back to normal, or were experiencing relapses time and again.
I am not specifically talking about the mRNA vaccines in this article. Technically that belongs more under drugs and medical interventions as obstacles to cure. (A future article.) However, whether you got any of the shots, or just got sick with COVID, or even neither, at this point most people (and animals too, as I have come to realize), are dealing with the Spike Protein. If that sounds a bit crazy, I will include plenty of links for you to explore this topic further on your own.
Active virus or no, I believe we are now dealing with an engineered toxin that has the ability to keep spreading throughout the population. (See later in this article for more about shedding). But whether you got the injection, infection, or not, I want you to know that we have solutions.
And that is always my goal, to show the way out, never to wallow in fear.
This Spike Protein is clearly not the same as an acute infection. At this point, for most of us, it has been four or five years since originally getting sick. Yet even recently I have seen a resurgence of intense illnesses, including in those who never got the mRNA shots. These are people I have known for years and who report they have never felt so bad. Others I have watched slowly deteriorating, like being worn down. And I had my own experience, which I will share below.
The diseases and syndromes that people are experiencing are so widely varied that it would be hard to link them to one cause. And most people don’t. However, there has been a growing awareness in certain groups about needing to detox the Spike Protein. And the fact that taking steps to denature the Spike Protein often results in very quick improvements in health, well, that is important empirical evidence.
For those interested in learning more about the big picture of infection versus toxic causes of diseases, the following are two very illuminating books, both written pre-COVID. These authors are not discussing anything to do with these last five years, yet virtually everything in them educates us about the world around us today. (And this can be even better; often we can see much more clearly when looking back, free from the heat of the moment.)
Peter Duesberg’s book, Inventing The AIDS Virus, is a serious scholarly work by a genius mind and top scientist. It was published in 1996. You can find it for free here. (Where you can also download it in various formats.) I also found it on audiobook via Amazon for a reasonable price, since the book is out of print. If you only read one chapter, check out Chapter 8.
(I’m sorry if you find the title of the book triggering; in summary it’s basically about the evidence for a drug-induced immune deficiency syndrome, and not about whether viruses exist or not as a whole.)
Suzanne Humphries and Roman Bystrianyk originally published their book, Dissolving Illusions, in 2013. This book goes back to the original smallpox vaccines, using actual documents from hundreds of years ago, to explore this fascinating history. If you still believe, as most do, that vaccines saved humanity from smallpox and polio, it’s well worth checking out. And with the current measles scares, definitely read the chapter on measles as well.
I also highly recommend Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s books The Real Anthony Fauci and The Wuhan Cover Up. The first dives deeply into our governmental agencies and the approach to pandemics, and the latter explains bioweapons research from past to present.
I share the above books because understanding what is going on now with the Spike Protein is made MUCH simpler when put into context. It takes effort to be informed. Even more so nowadays. There’s so much information available— even too much— but it is up to us to discover the truth. Yet the real truth is rarely easy to discover.
I have made a strong return to reading books on topics, as search engines have largely become herding machines. They direct you to where they want you to go. It’s important to take deep dives with experts to really begin to understand. Reading a headline and feeling informed is actually quite destructive, as evidenced by the terrible polarization between people these days.
Now onto the practical applications related to healing and homeopathy! No matter what you believe, there are solutions for you. ;)
Homeopathic remedies used for ‘COVID’, ‘Long COVID’, Long Vaxx
First, a brief review of some homeopathic medicines used for acute COVID and those used for ‘Long Haul’ symptoms. I found that many times homeopathy could help people get at least, say, 70-90% better; however, plenty remained stuck at one of these levels and couldn’t seem to get all the way back to their pre-2020 health.
So it’s not that we shouldn’t use homeopathy, it absolutely goes hand-in-hand with removing the obstacles that are keeping us from healing that final 10-30%.

PLUS whatever remedies are needed symptomatically; for example Gelsemium 30 or 200 (dizzy, draggy, droopy, distressed, depressed, double vision), Rhus Tox and/or Arnica 30 or 200 for body aches, Ipecac 30 for nausea, for cough, also helpful for many headaches, and Phosphoricum Acidum 30 or 200 for brain fog and heavy fatigue. (Just some ideas to demonstrate adding-on as needed, there are, of course, many more!)

You will notice if you read through the above noted protocols that there are recurring themes. The remedies ‘for pneumonia’ are not only for pneumonia, for example. You’ll find these same medicines employed for many respiratory conditions.
For example, some of the remedies you’ll see repeatedly for heart and lungs are:
-Crategus Oxyacantha (The Banerjis call for this in Mother Tincture. I prefer to use low potencies like 3X, or 6X, instead of mother tinctures. Availability varies in the US. Helios has 3X.)
Crataegus is one that has helped many people with palpitations post-COVID. And also for people who feel like their get-up-and-go got-up-and-went. (It can help a lot, though possibly not 100% due to the Spike protein persistence, which we will address below.)
-Kali Carbonicum 200C (lungs)
-Lachesis Mutus 200C (lungs, heart, blood disorders, throat and more)
Here is a remedy that circulated amongst homeopaths during COVID that many are still using with success:
Quebracho 30 Four times a day for acute (COVID in lungs)
-OR-
Quebracho 1M Four times a day for acute (Heart + Nausea)
Note that sources may list this homeopathic remedy as Aspidosperma Quebracho.
A few others that might prove useful:
-Naja 30C, 200C (heart and lungs, another that became popularized during COVID)
-BRAH 1M mix (pain)
-Echinacea, Mother Tincture and up to 10M (infections that won’t resolve)
If you ever have lingering cold symptoms that are just nagging, consider:
Sulphur 30 twice a day
A dose of Sepia 10M has sometimes been just the ticket. (Read it in the repertory and see if it’s a match. We don’t think of Sepia for colds and flus, but there are often a great many matching symptoms.)
A favorite of mine for any type of cold/flu/COVID is:
Eupatorium Perfoliatum 200 or 1M
In my house we take a dose once a week, plus doses at the slightest hint of feeling like we are ‘coming down with something’. Eupatorium can be used SOS to prevent colds and flus, and it can also be used during symptomatic acute cases. I have had clients with stubborn sinus issues find them resolved by taking Eupatorium 200 twice a day long term. It is also the top pick by many to take after being exposed to spike protein shedding. (More on this below.)
Joe DeLivera of Joepathy, a nonagenarian in Sri Lanka, tells of using Eupatorium in his family factories. They began to give all of the employees a wet dose of Eupatorium 1M once a week and over the course of the year there was not a single sick day reported.
A couple more homeopathic remedies to employ to prevent coming down with something AND for active colds/flus/COVID:
Aconitum 200C + Bryonia 30C (this is a Banerji Protocol)
Oscillococcinum 200C
These can also be used frequently (for example hourly) to prevent a cold or flu from setting in. I might even alternate Eupatorium 200, Oscillo and Acon+Bry, possibly with Thuja 30 as well. (See the Banerji Protocol for COVID above.) Some also like Gelsemium. And another preventative can be Arsenicum.
Most people will find that a couple of these are their favorites (most effective for them), which we only learn from experience. One reason to try them in rotation is so that you can feel which are more supportive for you (and weed out those that are not) more efficiently.
Here are a couple of additional homeopathic medicines that I have not yet tried, but that I have heard of others using for spike protein and Long COVID:
Buthus Tamulus and Bungarus Fasciatis
At this time, however, I am no longer searching for homeopathic medicines for the spike protein, as I believe I’ve found multiple options to help clear it, and to clear the way for homeopathy to act as needed. As much as I love homeopathy, asking people to buy yet another remedy to try, as the months and years go by, is hard for anyone to bear. And from my experience, it seems that in the case of the spike protein it may have to be physically dislodged and broken down. Fortunately, there are simple and natural options to do that!
An engineered toxin that reproduces and spreads?
I’m going to skip any debate about germ theory or terrain theory. Whatever your beliefs about viruses, microbes do exist, and the health of the organism is indisputably important. Susceptibility is always a factor.
Infections build and replicate exponentially, and many have experienced some sort of acute infection that we call COVID-19 or SARS-CoV-2.
And many found that after this experience they never were quite right. Many found that their weak areas were particularly affected. If lungs were a sensitive area before, now they were not recovering. Or heart, or joint pain, For others, the symptoms were new, such as loss of taste or smell, eyesight problems, and ringing in the ears. Serious depression and anxiety are other conditions that arose seemingly out of nowhere, and sometimes passed and sometimes did not.
Then, after years, not only were people still not feeling right, but some inexplicably started to get much worse. Horrible joint pains, new or resurgent cancers, major heart problems, blood disorders, and so much more. Many also became very sensitive to any new exposures— showing decreased immunity and susceptibility to virtually everything. (And with with decreased immunity, sometimes a return of old issues that they thought has been resolved.)
Interestingly, smokers, despite this being originally considered respiratory disease, generally didn’t get COVID nearly as bad and were over it faster. We’ll see why this likely occurred below.
For those who got the vaccine shots, there is the added factor of what was in them. If you got them (voluntarily or not), do not despair. Many are healing using the spike detox strategies, plus homeopathy. We will cover antidoting the vaccines more in the next article, but rest assured we can do so.
Evidence for the Spike Protein
Spikeopathy—
‘The Spike Protein has been shown to also contain a ‘toxin- like’ domain in the RBD on S1, with sequence homology to Rabies Virus (RBG) and HIV glycoproteins, and neurotoxin NL-1, all of which bind to the α7 Nicotinic Acid Acetylcholine Receptors (α7 nAChR) of the cholinergic system [30]. Neurotoxin NL-1 is a neurotoxin, a type of snake venom, and similar to the archetypal bungarotoxin, a known inhibitor of the α7 nAChR, with high binding affinity. Snake venom three-finger neurotoxins (α-3FNTx) act on postsynaptic nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChRs) at the neuromuscular junction (NMJ) to produce skeletal muscle paralysis and at specific nACHR at other sites [31], resulting in disturbances in the control of inflammation.’
‘Particularly novel effects of the spike protein involve the derangement of the nicotinic cholinergic system via inhibition of α7 nAChR, leading to impaired anti-inflammatory biochemical pathways in many cells and organ systems, as well as impaired parasympathetic vagal tone.’

[Note: One of the reasons I am calling it a toxin instead of a virus, is that there is mounting evidence that it is man-made. Snake venom neurotoxin sequences are not naturally occurring in infectious diseases, for example. (See the quote above.) And, interestingly, from a homeopathic perspective, very often the snake venom remedies have proved quite useful post-COVID. (Lachesis and Naja being two commonly used.)]
Some notes from the research and my experience with the spike protein:
-This is an ACE2 associated pathology. ACE2 receptors are found throughout body, including most organs. Spike attaches to these receptors and doesn’t dislodge, causing a myriad of problems, depending on which receptors they attach to.
-Interacts with cancer suppressor genes (to inhibit them).
-Causes prion issues = misfolding of proteins, leading to various conditions often called ‘idiopathic’ (of unknown cause) and also makes the body seem to attack itself (‘autoimmune disorders’).
-Bonds to estrogen receptors and interferes with estrogen messaging.
-Many linked heart and lung diseases, blood clots, thrombosis, thrombocytopenia, etc.
-Neurological disorders, including early stage Parkinson’s.
-Anxiety, depression, even suicidal.
-Brain fog and issues with brain function to the point of dementia.
-High blood pressure, palpitations, increased heart rate.
-Smokers largely protected.
-Unexplained weight gain is a less-known issue, but one that I have been seeing a lot of. (This may have to do with liver, thyroid, and/or hormone dysfunction.)
-Taste and smell disorders.
-Tinnitus (ringing and other sounds in the ears).
-Many eye problems, including blindness.
-Chronic sinus problems.
-Sleep problems.
-Tooth issues.
-Digestive disorders.
-Pain, specific or generalized.
-Inflammation, which is a very broad term, but one that many use when describing their felt sense of just being ‘inflamed’. One example is after working out feeling like the muscles are overly sore or tired, beyond the level of the actual workout.
-Susceptibility, immunodeficiency, fatigue (sometimes a devastating lack of energy).
-Reactivation of the shingles virus. (Also Epstein Bar Virus.)
…and more.
STOPPING THE SPIKE PROTEIN
Many supplements support the biological organism— such and vitamins A, C and D— but that is not the same thing as denaturing the Spike protein, breaking it down and allowing it to be excreted.
In order to make my list of solutions to detoxing the spike protein, the product had to—
•Be easy to get and affordable. (Not requiring expensive specialists, or equipment (hyperbaric oxygen therapy), or extreme measures (replacing the blood ), or anything else beyond the reach of ‘we the people’.)
•Be free from side effects— safe and effective for as many people as possible. (Yes, there are always exceptions, so please do your own research and listen to your body.)
•Be shown to be effective— backed by empirical evidence (from direct experience) as well as supported by research into the action on the spike protein. I have direct experience with all of the following.
Here are FOUR OPTIONS I have been working with, listed in order of efficiency of action and cost— meaning the fastest acting and least expensive first. It will then be up to you to weigh the options and determine if any might be useful to you or your loved ones!
Nicotine and the Spike Protein
(I recommend you at least check out this section, even if it worries you at first glance. :) Other options will follow below.)
Why nicotine? Primarily because the ACE-2 receptors that the spike attaches to in the body, that cause so many problems, are replaced by the nicotine molecule.
Nicotine is a naturally occurring substance. It is even found in small amounts in foods we eat, particularly nightshades, and is related to other useful molecules (see below). It acts gently and efficiently, so long as we choose the right dose size.

And the second shares notes from my personal nicotine patch experiences— the first week to clear spike-related issues and a follow-up round I did (where the patch completely stopped me from getting sick).
In case you are wondering, yes, I tried using Tabacum in potentized form. I personally used Tabacum 30C for an extended period of time, twice a day. I did not get any proving symptoms, and I felt fine on it, but it didn’t do anything remotely like what I experienced with the nicotine patches. (See above.) Could it be that a lower or higher dose would be needed? Or the Nicotiana Rustica or Nicotinum instead? Possibly. But sometimes we might also need the crude form of a substance, which I suspect is the case with dislodging the spike protein from the receptors.
My husband has also recently used the nicotine patches, very similarly to how I did. A primary concern of his was tinnitus (a high pitched ringing in the ears). The ringing got better, then worse around day 8, so he stopped the patches and now he says it is much better though not yet totally gone. We may try another round to see if it resolves all the way. One major thing he noticed right away, and which is the first thing most people notice, is increased energy and a total clearing of any brain fatigue. (Dr. Klinghardt uses the patches himself regularly for improved brain function. See more below.)
I also have a friend who started using the 7 mg patches for her 86 year old mother, who has had many issues of declining health and dementia for years. Apparently, everyone who knows her has been blown away with her increase in energy and even mental function.
• Dr. Paul Newhouse has been working with nicotine and brain disorders for decades. Check out his half hour talk here: Nicotine therapeutics: therapeutic aspects of nicotine stimulation for brain disorders. He has found great benefit in dementia, with unexpected and beneficial side effects such as lowered blood pressure. Here is the main site for his study with nicotine and memory.
He notes that nicotine does not cause cancer. And many in his studies have used nicotine quite long term with no negative effects.
As for addiction, it is well known that cigarette companies have had to add many chemicals to make cigarettes more addictive. Nicotine alone was never enough. Those people that smoke straight tobacco without any of the added junk do not have the same heavily-addicted experience or health problems typically associated with cigarettes. And those who are addicted to regular cigarettes will tell you that a nicotine patch is not what they after! (Vaping is even worse for the chemical additives.) I can tell you that I found absolutely nothing about the patches to be addictive.
Dr. Klinghardt has also shared about using the nicotine patches with his patients, these are some notes:
-For acute nerve damage from SarsCoV— smell, taste, tinnitus, eyes, cranial nerves.
-All have gotten smell/taste back within a week (and it lasts). (Note: I did!)
-He notes that the trick to getting anything in the brain is to put it on the skin. Reminding us that this is old and important knowledge that needs to be passed down.
-Excellent for acute respiratory illnesses.
-Also for ulcerative colitis. (This can be curative when used with a high fiber diet.)
-ADHD, Hyperactivity, Autism- Nicotine patches instead of meds! He uses these with kids and finds it extremely helpful. (He notes that you might have to find a brand that has an extremely thin adhesive patch or there may be issues with the kids removing it themselves.)
-Lasting healing effect. What is cleared with the nicotine patches remains that way.
In my opinion, Nicotine Patches are an inexpensive and efficient way to test if the spike protein might be a problem and if clearing the spike might be what you need.
Many are leary though, and I understand. I know I was, recalling the time in high school when I tried a little chewing tobacco from a friend and nearly passed out!
Most people who have tried a little nicotine and abandoned it, either started with a high dose (like 14 mg, or even 7 mg for some) or used the gum, which I suspect is just too direct and fast of a delivery system for most of us non-smokers.

NAD+ and the Spike Protein
After my husband and I got COVID in Dec 2021 (very bad cases), my husband continually complained of not feeling quite right. It was mostly his lung capacity and energy. Going up and down the many stairs in our house and working out (he’s very athletic) felt weak. Over time, we got him back to to ~85% well with homeopathy, but there was definitely a block to total cure.
NAD+ was recommended by a friend, not specifically for spike detox, but because NAD has become quite the ‘anti-aging’ and ‘longevity’ supplement in many circles.
Within weeks my husband had his pep back.
I tried it also for a bit. Initially I couldn’t even take a full pill because it gave me an almost jittery energy. More recently I tried it again and now it does give an energy boost but no issues.
NAD+ is Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide. Note the ‘nicotin’ in the name. See here for more about the related chemical compounds of Nicotinic Acid, Niacin B3, Nicotinamide.
(As an interesting little aside, neonicotinoids are a well-known bug/pest killer. Originally, tobacco was ground up and sprayed over plants to protect them.)
And here is Nicotine Rebalances NAD+ Homeostasis, which includes the following statement:
‘Interestingly, nicotine is a secondary metabolite of the NAD+ biosynthesis and the NAD+ pathway is also coordinately regulated with nicotine biosynthesis20,21. Furthermore, the NAD+ salvage pathway is conserved across a variety of species, including bacteria, plants, yeasts, and mammals20. Consequently, we hypothesized that nicotine may play a role in the NAD+ salvage pathway. It has been discovered that minuscule amounts of nicotine, as an activator of NAD+ biogenesis, can markedly improve NAMPT activity and NAD+ synthesis, leading to improved glucose metabolism and cognitive function, as well as aging symptoms, in male mice.’
NAD+ is particularly known for supporting the lungs with Sars Cov 2. So if that is a concern for you if might be a good choice. I don’t have data showing that it specifically degrades the spike protein itself, though with it’s chemical makeup I suspect it must have at least some effect. I do have anecdotal evidence that it is very supportive for Long Haul COVID symptoms and so far everyone tolerates the NAD+ supplements very well.
This is the NAD+ that we used. There are many others on the market.
NMN (Nicotinamide mononucleotide) is essentially the precursor that allows the body to synthesize NAD+. My husband also used this and felt it was helpful.
My husband noticed improvements in the first week of using NAD+. He still likes to take this one, though he cycles off and on it. Even when off though his recovery had remained at 100%, as far as we can tell (other than the tinnitus issue). He’s been back to full activity level for a long time now, and I never hear him complain anymore about those post-COVID issues.
NAD+ and NMN is also one that people have been giving their animals, and they are reporting anecdotal evidence of success for a variety of conditions.
Augmented NAC and the Spike Protein
Augmented NAC is a newer supplement that works with the spike protein and the ACE2 receptors.
ANAC reportedly breaks the bond with the ACE2 receptors— denaturing, opening up, and breaking the Spike Protein. Then it is metabolized and excreted.
You can finds loads of info at Zero Spike (from testimonials to scientific documents). Just make sure to choose the English flag if the content is appearing in Italian.

In short, ANAC is purified NAC. So what NAC does it reportedly does better. Regular NAC (N-acetyl cysteine) has been around as a supplement for a long time.
(NAC was one of the supplements being removed from sites, such as Amazon, during COVID.)
According to the makers, it was discovered in tests that regular NAC worked to denature the spike protein up to 20%. In comparison Augmented NAC was shown to denature the spike 99.99%.

I am taking the Augmented NAC now. I take it twice a day and my sense is that the action is similar to the nicotine patches, though quite a bit slower and subtler. After being out and about and exposed to people in the world, taking a dose of the ANAC seems to counter the shedding, as did the nicotine patches. I am able to take ANAC with or without food and don’t notice any kinds of sensitivities.
The makers of ANAC say that degradation of the of the Spike Protein begins in days. Zoffi’s general recommendation is to take it 2-3 times a day (depending how bad off you are!) for 3 months. Then take a month off and see. When he was interviewed by the Klinghardt Institute, they mentioned that they were using it up to 5-6 times a day in intense cases, decreasing over time.
Zoffi also said that if you are worried about sensitivity, you could start with regular NAC for maybe a week before switching to the ANAC. And then you could start the ANAC once a day for some days before increasing. (Although so far I have found that even sensitive people are not having any trouble with the ANAC.)
However, as noted, due to shedding, there may be re-exposure. Zoffi himself takes the ANAC daily as maintenance. More on shedding below.
I also find ANAC interesting because it is a tested Spike Protein detox that appears to be safe for animals. I did not originally believe that animals could get these things from us, but many of them have the same receptors as we do and it seems are susceptible to the spike protein. At this point I think the engineered toxin is affecting a great many creatures on this planet.
I started putting a little ANAC in my cat’s food, just a pinch each day. (It does have a bit of a strong smell and taste, so may need to be disguised.) She had developed a chronic snuffle that is gone since taking the ANAC for only about two weeks. And she has been acting particularly spunky and energetic.
Nattokinase and the Spike Protein
Spike Support is the product developed by The Wellness Company with Dr. Peter McCullough.
A primary ingredient is Nattokinase, which has been shown to degrade the spike protein.
(Dr. McCullough also regularly shares research and links on his Substack in relation to the spike protein and its disastrous effects, here’s just one example Spike Protein and Autoimmune Conditions.)
Here is the original product, Spike Support.
They also have a newer product called Ultimate Spike Detox.
Nattokinase is a top option for clots, blood issues, thrombosis, etc. Apparently, nattokinase has the highest clot-dissolving potency among naturally known anticoagulants.
I heard Dr. McCullough say in an interview to use the regular Spike Support for a year or more. Their new Spike Detox option has more nattokinase in it, so it is possible that it would have a more potent and more efficient action. (But I don’t know.)
Both my husband and I used Spike Support for a while. It felt very gentle when I tried it. In retrospect, and based on McCullough’s comments, I think I would have needed to use it much longer. This is why I have it towards the end of the list, although there is a lot of evidence for nattokinase.
However, recently someone I know (who was having an intense resurgence of issues that would not resolve) began using the Ultimate Spike Detox product and reported in about a week that they felt they might finally be turning a corner.
Interestingly, all four of the above are also considered to prevent ‘COVID’, which is to say they may work for acute exposures as well as chronic disorders.
Which would make sense if they are blocking the ability of the spike protein to attach to the receptors in the body.
Which one to choose?
I can’t tell you for sure as I don’t know your situation, but do listen to your instincts, and do any extra research you require.
It might be helpful, in a very brief summary, to compare that the nicotine patches have been especially useful for nerve issues (including pain), fatigue and brain function (though not only those); the NAD+ seems particularly useful for fatigue and the lungs; the ANAC seems to have a lot of similarities to the nicotine patches in detoxing the spike protein, though slower and gentler (but it is more expensive for sure); and the Nattokinase is very well respected for heart, blood and clotting issues. Maybe you pick one, or maybe you rotate through them all one at a time to see which is most supportive for your needs.
A Few Other Mentions—
Vitamin C
I know of a few cases where people used intravenous Vitamin C to help them get over their ‘long haul COVID’ symptoms. I love megadoses of vitamin C, but the IV version is much more expensive and not easily accessible to all. However, this may be synergistically supportive if you have the way and means.
I have used the Suzanne Humphries Vitamin C protocol with some clients, and although supportive, it has not been curative. Removal of the spike protein still seems to be required.
Chlorine Dioxide
Many love Chlorine Dioxide, and some claim effects on the Spike. However, I am not able to verify that. It is also harder to use, and at least to me tastes so bad that it deters me from using it regularly.
Steve Kirsch recently posted about using it to ward off colds and flus though, and included some easy-to-use links that might be helpful if this is something you want to look into.
Ivermectin
Yes, I believe there is some evidence that Ivermectin can degrade the Spike Protein.
Reasons why it’s not on my list—
-Probably it would be best to have a physician to help with access and dosing, although you can locate it on the internet, including in kits such as this one from The Wellness Company.
-I strongly suspect (for reasons beyond what I can type right now) that there may be fertility issues with the use of Ivermectin. So if you are past child-bearing age, that might not be a concern for you, otherwise I’d be wary.
-I don’t feel that ivermectin has redeeming value on its own, say as a supplement. For instance the other substances mentioned above offer anti-aging properties, support glutathione production, help to detox metals, protect or improve the health of various organs, including the brain and mental health, and may also prove helpful in cases of cancer (as one example), as well as many other benefits, in addition to the spike issue.
-I know many people who couldn’t tolerate taking ivermectin due to issues such as stomach discomfort. It is a medication, made by pharmaceutical companies, and is not without (a lot) of potential side effects.
In fact, Mr. Mueller in his book Extra Strength Homeopathy shares a case he had of a dog that deteriorated within a week to death’s door from taking ivermectin, which is a commonly used heartworm medication in dogs. He says that there are many dog owners who have reported sad cases such as this. (Mueller was able to save the dog by antidoting the ivermectin and using homeopathy!)
So I mention Ivermectin because I guarantee many of my readers will be thinking of it. However, this is not something I would personally choose, seeing as there are much safer options, in my opinion.
Shedding
I have had a number of clients over the years who reported that they could tell when they were around people who have had the mRNA shots. The reports vary, but a commonality is feeling like they are getting sick (again) after exposure to these people.
A Midwestern Doctor’s Substack has loads of information on shedding, if you are interested: What we’ve learned from a year of shedding data.
By the way, he likes the product Neprinol, which is an even higher dose of Nattokinase. (I have no experience with this product, and there appear to be many nattokinase options on the market.)
Before I used the nicotine patches to detox the Spike Protein, I did not have personal experience with shedding. Though I certainly believed my clients, especially as time wore on. Many of them found that taking Eupatorium Perfoliatum 200C before/during/after exposures was supportive.
For better or worse, now that I have done the clearing in my one body (a good thing!) I seem to have become sensitized (yikes!). The first time I noticed it was about a month after using the nicotine patches when I spent a whole evening with a vaccinated friend.
The next day I felt like I was coming down with something, and I also had some return of previous issues, including my sense of smell and taste being off again. For days I worked to ward it off with homeopathy, until finally I put on a 3.5 mg dose nicotine patch, and within a day all symptoms disappeared.
Then recently, in a restaurant, I passed a man and viscerally felt my whole body cringe. There was a strange smell and sensation like I have never experienced before. And I just knew what it was. I have been taking the Augmented NAC, so I took my dose that night and then continuing the next day, and it seemed to be enough to mitigate the exposure, nothing else required.
Just last week I was talking to my dentist about the nicotine patches, and she shared that she knows a bunch of dentists who wear a low dose patch every day to work to prevent shedding and exposures.
If you interact with the world, you likely will have to repeat this. Unless and until the whole world detoxifies at the same time, it is going to be difficult to eradicate it entirely. People who got vaccinated seem to be walking spike protein production facilities, so to speak, though the intensity level does seem to vary a lot. (Possibly related to how many shots? But that is pure speculation.)
Being around people who have not had the shots does not produce the shedding symptoms, even if they are suffering from the spike protein.
All that said, after my initial clearing of the spike protein (about a week), very little was needed of either the nicotine patch or the Augmented NAC to keep things from escalating. And my husband who takes the NAD+ also has not had recurrent issues.
If you got the mRNA vaccines:
There is still going to be the spike protein, so all of the above applies to you.
Then there is the added issue of what else was in the shots. The next article about clearing the effects of pasts drugs and medical interventions will also be helpful for you. Any injections belong in that category.
Summary:
When you feel like nothing is working, no matter what you try; when you feel like you need a sledgehammer to break through; it’s because there IS a unseen wall in the way. This is what we would call an obstacle to cure.
Remove this sustaining cause. Then anything that remains can be addressed with homeopathy, which will act much more effectively. In addition, you’ll have a clearer and more true symptom picture to use for homeopathic medicine selection.
So never despair, for every problem there is a solution. This is always true. What once might have seemed like conspiracy theory, is now becoming well documented, as experience and research bring this issue into focus. There’s no use in regretting what we didn’t know then. (We didn’t know it!) So let’s get healing. All of the life forms on Earth are in this together. ;)

Wow! I just subscribed this was so great! I have been really frustrated this past year because none of the remedies that I’ve tried worked- lingering cough, aching bones and hips, low grade fever etc etc. And it lessens and then rolls back again. Neither my husband or I took the shot but we are obviously suffering from something interfering with healing. Thank you for the great info!
