Where to buy specialty, rare, and hard-to-find homeopathic medicines
Ordering from Helios Homeopathy
I’m posting this article prior to some of the others that I promised in my last post. This is because the first question many of you will ask as we proceed is, where do I get these special homeopathic medicines such as radiation frequencies, pharmacodes for antidoting, and so on.
For new subscribers and those new(er) to homeopathy, check out the Homeopathy Rising archive. I started with the basics at the beginning and have been building on this foundation for some time.
It’s not hard to order from Helios Homeopathy, but many hesitate because they are unfamiliar with this homeopathic pharmacy, because they are located in the UK, and because they don’t understand what to select from the drop-down menus on the website (form, size etc). This article will help to explain these details, and more importantly to instruct you in how to order items from the Helios Complete Remedy List, much of which is not listed on their website.
To be clear, Helios Homeopathy is not the only place to find pharmacodes (drugs made into homeopathic form), high potencies (typically up to 50M or CM and even MM in some cases), and other rare and unusual remedies (such as Rainbow in homeopathic form, Tiger’s Urine- a great animal repellant!, and Scotch Glue, to name just a few).
However, Helios Homœopathy does seem to have the largest selection, they are easy to order from, and even though they are located in London, the cost is about the same as shopping with Boiron in the US (or even better if you place large orders and get the bulk discounts).****
I am constantly searching for special items for my clients and nearly always end up at Helios. However, a few other homeopathic pharmacies that you might also check are: Hahnemann Labs, Ainsworth, and OHM Pharma.
[Note: You must have an account with OHM to order from them. I’m not sure what the current rules are, but in the past a Homeopathic Practitioner had to initiate the set-up. Those who have taken Joette Calabrese’s courses can get an account through her company. And graduates of the Academy of Practical Homeopathy should also be able to get their clients initiated with new accounts. All that said, OHM does not have many rare remedies or many high potencies (I haven’t seen anything above 10M, and often 1M is the max), and their prices are higher than most; although they are an excellent pharmacy.]
Additionally, HomeopathicRemediesOnline.com has some very rare remedies that I haven’t been able to find anywhere else. However, they are much more expensive than Helios, so I reserve orders from them for things I absolutely cannot find elsewhere. For example Mir-Clear 30C (Miralax in homeopathic form, for clearing the effects of this drug).
(Also note that some of the remedies at Homeopathic Remedies Online are only available to verified homeopathic practitioners with accounts. It will say so if this is the case.)
All of the above is, of course, in addition to Amazon, eBay, Boiron, etc. In this article I’m talking about when we need to source truly rare and unusual homeopathics, not the standard fare that is easy to find. (Although I also order regular items from Helios— their large sizes offer excellent value.)
The main reason for this article is that many of Helios’ unique offerings are NOT included on their website.
They also have a Complete Remedy List with many, many (many!) more homeopathic remedies than are available at helios.co.uk.
And they even have more than what is in the catalog!
The last updated Helios catalog was 2022 and they are constantly adding new remedies, often as special orders made for clients. Yet the catalog isn’t updated each and every time they do this.
For example I have been experimenting with DMSO in homeopathic form. This remedy doesn’t appear on their website, and isn’t in the 2022 catalog. But when I emailed them to inquire, they do in fact have DMSO in potencies from 6C to 1M, available to order right now.
So when in doubt, reach out to them. For order-related inquires they usually respond the next day. For general questions about remedies (such as asking about what’s in the combinations, if they carry an item not listed, or ‘is this remedy the same as that one’) they may take up to a week to answer— but they have always responded to me.
(To be clear, I have no affiliation with Helios.)
Quick reference summary:
1. If you can find everything you need on the Helios website, proceed with your purchase as you would any other online order.
2. If you are looking for items not shown on the website, check the Complete Remedy List (see below) and assemble a list of what you want to order.
Then use the Secure Enquiry Form here: https://www.helios.co.uk/contact/enquiry
Complete the form and list out what you want to order. (See below for an example.)
Don’t forget to include:
THE NAME OF THE ITEM (as Helios calls it)
Form- Pills No 6 or 3* (or other)
Size- 4g or 8g** (or other)
Potency- Whatever you choose
Submit the form and you will receive a confirmation by email.
Wait for your item to ship. (Order notification and receipt emailed at the time of shipment.)
Receive order.
Done!
The following is an example of an order for someone who needed medications in the 30C potency to do the antidoting protocol. (Coming soon, as mentioned in the recent article about obstacles to cure.)
Click here for the Secure Enquiry Form. https://www.helios.co.uk/contact/enquiry
Fill out the form and add your typed order. For example—
Dear Helios,
I would like to order these items:
Ibuprofen
Form- Pills No 6
Size- 4g
Potency- 30C
Paracetamol (aka Tylenol)
Form- Pills No 6
Size- 4g
Potency- 30C
Aspirin
Form- Pills No 6
Size- 4g
Potency- 30C
[Note that I selected 4g size for my clients here. This is a half-size mini-bottle. This was chosen because these remedies will be used for antidoting past medications, which will be a maximum of 9 doses. The No 6 pills are chosen because larger and therefore easier to handle than the smaller No 3 pills, so most people prefer them. Please revisit this article for more info on the sizes of the bottles and pills.)
You can add anything else you’d like to the secure enquiry order form as well, including items from the website. Helios has the best supply of any homeopathic pharmacy that I know of, so might as well!
Unless you need your order faster, in which case keep it to under 6 items at a time.
If you would like to add items from your cart to the secure enquiry order, I recommend that you shop the website and put any chosen items in your cart. Then just highlight and copy the cart contents and paste them into the secure enquiry form with the rest of your order. This saves a lot of typing.
(I love that Helios lets you add to your cart and it stays there forever. It makes it easy to add a bit at a time until ready to purchase.)
One example:
Anas Barbaraie
Form- Pills No 6
Size- 8g
Potency- 200C
This is the main ingredient in Oscillococcinum, for a much better price! And you can choose any potency you want. The Boiron Oscillo uses 200C, but you might consider a 1M as well, for example. The 8g size is equivalent to a Boiron tube.
As part of the secure enquiry form, you will be asked for your shipping details and to provide and verify payment information.
If there aren’t any questions or clarifications about your order, Helios will ship without contacting you first.
If your order is 6 items or fewer it will ship within about 48 hours, counting only business days Monday through Friday.
If your order is over 6 items, then it goes in the queue and, depending how busy they are, processing time may be a few days to a couple of weeks. (If you have a large order and don’t hear from them for weeks, you can email to follow up, but in my experience delays have always meant they are just backlogged.)
Check and double-check your address!
If you have special shipping requests you can include them at this time. If you don’t specify anything, they will ship regular post without tracking. This is the least expensive method and what I have always used. If you want to get an idea of shipping costs, just play around with some items in your cart so you can see how things add up.
On the other hand, the more you order the bigger the discounts you get.**** (Keeping in mind that it might also take a good six weeks to receive your order. Not always, but also not uncommon.)
Once you hit send you will received an email confirmation:
‘Enquiry confirmation
Thank you for contacting us
Enquiry reference: #####
We have received your following request:…’
For current exchange rates— the easiest is to internet search ‘GBP to USD’.
For those of us living outside the UK, we get a VAT tax credit of ~20% back on orders. This always seems to cover the shipping costs, so that the listed price is about what you will pay (not factoring any discounts for larger orders.)
On average, the cost of a Helios 8g bottle comes to about $10 US in total.
I have never paid customs duty in the US.
See this link from Helios for more details, especially if you live in Canada, Australia or other countries outside the US.
Keep in mind that Helios is located in London, which is 5 hours later than Eastern Time. If you don’t hear back within two days or longer, you can send a follow up email, but usually they are on it.
Typically six-item orders will arrive to the East Coast within a week, and within 10-14 days the further west you are located in the US.
If you don’t pay for expedited shipping with tracking, your package will arrive via USPS (in the USA). So be sure to check your postal box and check your local post office before deciding a package is missing and contacting Helios. (One time a large order of mine was being held at my post office and I never received a notice!)
If you hit send and then realize you forgot something, you can send another secure enquiry form, and include the Enquiry Reference # from the first order. (Which you will get by email.) When I have done this in the past, my additions or adjustments got added easily.
Additional notes for ordering—
*The Form-
Pills No 6 are equivalent to Boiron size pillules. (No 3 are much smaller and many people find them annoying. Though I always get size No 3.) These are the most commonly used. See below for details on other forms.
**The Size-
8g is equivalent to Boiron size tubes. 4g is half that size and good for things you don’t need much of. Again, these are the most common. For bulk sizes see below for photos and more details.
Here is the full article I wrote with photos of the various forms, pills and bottle sizes.
You can also find more details from Helios here and here.
****Current discounts for quantity can be found on this page.
‘Current bulk discounts available are 5% on orders over £175, 10% over £300, 15% over £450. (On solid dosage forms only i.e. pills, tablets, granules and bespoke pharmacy creams. Medicating potencies, oral liquid remedies and LMs are non-discountable.) These discounts do NOT include post and packing charges.’
Discounts are automatically applied to your order.
In future articles you will come to understand more about using medications in homeopathic form and other specialty homeopathic remedies. This is just your how-to resource!
Now, I’m going to put the following section behind the paywall, only because we never know who is reading, and this will be discussing some sensitive things that serious practitioners would understand, but those who are looking to misinterpret or misuse should not be privy too. (Although the world is changing, and I have high hopes!, we still must use some caution to avoid problems from bad actors. If I could leave it open I would!)
However, as noted above, you can also track down all of this information from Helios directly. I am not interested in profiting off of their information, only to share what I know and expedite the process for you.
Below this line you will find the Complete Remedy List 2022 (with approximately 4200 homeopathic medicines— not counting all of the various potencies of each!), the detailed contents of the Poly Combination remedies that I know of so far, other tips regarding interesting and rare homeopathic remedies that you might want to own, including many nosodes that will be hard to locate anywhere else, and many other details about locating what you need, including info related to the COVID vaccines.
As always, the information shared in these pages is educational and not meant in any way as medical advice. I do not diagnose or prescribe. I have no idea what your situation is and you must do your own due diligence, use common sense, and seek medical care where needed. No specific use is implied. For details and support please contact Helios directly. Again, I am not affiliated in any way with Helios Homeopathy.
I will keep the following section updated as I collect more details and current information, so that you may use it as a resource for you and your loved ones.
