What a fantastic article on infections and what homeopathy remedies to use. Very concise and organized. I will print this out and refer to it repeatedly. Brenda
Hi Emily, I recently had a periodontal abscess that is related to a very deep pocket. I can across your article on dental things and excited to have found you.
The dentist wants to extract four teeth at least and I’ll be going in for a deep clean next week.
I’ve ordered many of the items on your articles and plan to get that going today!
I’m appreciating your knowledge and sharing here.
I wonder how much success you’ve had and seen with dental infections in deep pockets.
I’m doing multiple protocols to turn things around now including Dr. Ellie’s mouthcate system which seems to be grounded in a good place and gives good results.
My problems are all stemming from a posterior open bite that I started developing like 6 years ago and I think started causing bone loss. and coupled with less than ideal mouth care has resulted in a mostly silent infection in most of my gums.
Things like abscesses and cavitations can be healed, but expect a lot of time-- and sometimes if it's very advanced there isn't time and some sort of intervention is required. But even then we have the remedies to help withe surgery and for healing. The combo with Pyrogenium Hepar Sulph and Gunpowder is an excellent addition to the Banerji Protocols (Syphytum + Calc Phos and HyperArs). It's hard to give much more detailed info without a lot more info, so feel free to join the Live Monthly Meet Ups and we can chat in person about it. :)
I was looking at Joette's content on dental things, and she says always use hepar sulph in 6x for abscesses. My abscess drained, but I know there is deep infection likely in many places in my mouth. It's all painless, but I feel it's systemic throughout my mouth. Some seems to inflame into my left sinus and cause pain there and in the ears. So I got 200c. Do you have an opinion on that?
I often use the Pyrogenium + Hepar Sulph + Gunpowder 200 plus Hypericum+Arsenicum 200C. All 5 in combination can be excellent for all manner of infections. The HyperArs is a premier infection combo from the Banerji Protocols and includes bone infection. I have seen Hepar 6, 30 and 200 all act in various types of infections. Yes, Joette says the 6C (or 6X) for gums, but rarely is there only one way to do anything in homeopathy. I also would consider Silica, in addition to my notes above. As you can see, I am not looking for just one remedy at a time. :)
This article along with your PAIN article are definitely my favorite. I'm checking my remedy inventory to make sure I'm prepared. Love your writing style as you explain everything so well and anticipate my questions. Looking forward to learning in 2025!

I hope I can make it a monthly meetup coming up.
