The only way to know if it's a proving is to the stop what you are taking. If the symptoms persist it is not a proving. If they resolve, then you are done with that homeopathic medicine for now (not forever), and you can continue with any others you need, or look for what is next based on the current health picture. Even with just stopping the remedies, the proving should clear in short order, usually a day or two. If it's intense or bothersome, Camphora 200 will speed the way. (It antidotes or at least softens most remedies.)
Should we just stop the one we suspect, or all? My boyfriend was freaking out earlier today as his urine is red after taking a few protocols. But we did add 1 new remedy today (Ferrum Phos 6X), and it started 1.5 hours afterward. I suspect it’s Ferrum Phos that’s the culprit, though he’s only only Kali Bich which he’s been taking for sinus as well
When there’s proving, do we stop all remedies until the condition is gone?

If there is one you suspect, you can just stop that one to start with and observe.
