I used the studying related Banerji Protocols tip this week. I've had slowly increasing lung information for a few months. No coughing, just pain in my lungs and low blood oxygen levels. I tried the pneumonia protocol from Additional Banerji Protocols. Other than the Kali carb 2D that is in the same book by itself for lung inflammation it didn't help. It feels a lot like the lung inflammation from long covid so I looked at the Protocols for covid. You can tell by comparing the 3 which remedies are for the infection and, which were for respiratory distress. I'm already taking Carbo Veg 200c once a day for something else so I upped the Kali carb from 2D to 3 and added 2 doses of Bromium 6c in between. It might not fix the problem, but I feel better and it will give me more time to try to find a remedy for the infection before having to resort to antibiotics.

Hello Andy, Thanks for writing. And good job being your own health detective! A few thoughts which you may find useful; though of course I don't know your full situation.

Kali Carb is a great baseline for the lungs. Meaning, that would be one to put in the daily plan as recommended and leave it be for at least 8 weeks before assessing. (And when assessing, we are looking at the big picture for improvements in the right direction, not necessarily full cure yet, so write down some notes to help you remember-- it's so easy to forget how bad we felt and yet think there's been no progress because we're, say, 85% better but not yet 100%!).

In addition to a baseline, which quietly works in the background, you do want ones for relief, such as Carbo Veg every 3 hours, for example, if that one is helpful. Another to try is Aconitum 200 + Bryonia 30, which is a wonderful one that you could also take every few hours. (It may help painful lungs too.) You could also alternate with the Carbo Veg, if both are useful. These are for more immediately relief, possibly, but also are working to uproot, so don't get be wrong that they aren't.

I'll also add that if Kali Carb doesn't seem to be enough over time (though if it's helping, don't abandon it!), Lachesis 200 (once a day or every other day, typically) is the other go-to baseline. Lachesis is also a great one post-COVID illness and/or vaxx because it (and other snake remedies) have been shown to be a good fit for the spike protein.

Also, I have found that Crataegus Oxycantha twice a day is a supportive addition for many who haven't been well since having COVID. The Banerjis use the Mother Tincture (herbal version). I also get it in a 3X or other low potency, and that works well too. It can be a little hard to find the the US, but check Amazon and eBay.

Lastly, my husband experienced similar issues after he had COVID and we had got him probably 90% better with homeopathy, and then we added Spike Support (from The Wellness Company) and then NAD (the supplement), he got back to 100%. I'm not big on most supplements, but these do actually work, and don't have to be taken forever. I'd say he liked the NAD better for effectiveness (though Spike Support, which he tried first, did definitely help). I tested both on myself (though I didn't have nearly the symptoms he did), and I liked the Spike Support better for how it supported me.
